At this year's Felton Food Festival, celebrity chefs Alastair McCleod, Matt Golinski and Alison Alexander created several delicious and innovative meals with ingredients mostly grown in the Felton Valley.

Alastair McCleod's recipes included:
- Grilled flat iron (oyster blade steak), bone marrow with spice crusted BBQ corn
- Slow cooked lamb neck, broccoli with burnt butter hollandaise
Matt Golinski cooked:
- Spanish style quail, chorizo, tomatoes, chickpeas and olive tapenade
- Ballotine of chicken with kale, ricotta, cauliflower pickle and orzotto
