We’re a little bit excited – the complete 2016 Felton Food Festival program is now available on our website!

The gates will open at 9.00am on Sunday 10 April, with the programs for all the marquees and tents kicking off shortly after.

The University of Southern Queensland Celebrity Marquee will feature non-stop cooking demonstrations, talks, book signings and challenges throughout the day, featuring our three celebrity chefs, Matt Golinski, Glen Barratt and Alison Alexander, as well as Costa Georgiadis and Illias the Greek.

The Felton Produce Q&A Tent will cover topics such as a Felton Reunion, a year in the life of a farmer, pulses, legumes, interviews with local farmers and a chat with USQ Professor, Lindsay Brown.

Excite the tastebuds in the Appreciation Tent with honey from Golden Ark, USQ wine, sorghum flour, Granite Belt Brewery beer, Bunnyconnellen olive oil, and Two Moos coffee.

The kids won’t want to miss the Rabobank Children’s Marquee with its visits from George the Farmer, the Felton Farm Fossick, craft activities, meet and greet with Costa and the chance to cuddle the baby chicks.

The Music Tent will be providing the tunes throughout the day and Costa, Jerry Coleby-Williams and a local agronomist will be showing people through the crops on the crop tours.

Outside of the tents and tours, visitors will find plenty to see, do and taste in amongst the 80+ market stalls, Sausage King competition, steam wagon demonstration, raffle wheel, gardening talks, photo competition, and grain displays.

Download the program today and start planning your visit to the 2016 Felton Food Festival.
