Flare Specialty Produce

As gardeners, we possess that craving for the unusual, that desire to grow what others don’t and to do it bloody well.

Flare Specialty Produce has been a work in progress by 18-year-old Josh for a little over a year, with a goal to share his passion for locally grown out of the ordinary produce with the Darling Downs community! From microherbs to salad mixes to cucamelons (nope it’s not a made up word!) we love to grow things people have never heard of and see their reaction when their taste buds alight with new found flavours.
