Paddock to Potager

Fiona May is a proud supporter of the Felton Festival. As a passionate advocate for ethical farming systems, Fiona instils all she meets with her love of local, in-season produce. Living by her own ethos Fiona is the owner of the highly-regarded Paddock to Potager, a free range pork farm offering people the opportunity to get up close with their food and reconnect with their agrarian roots. This endeavour has been further complimented with Fiona founding the Toowoomba Farmers Markets, yet another labour of love where people can come face to face with the amazing producers who feed our communities.
