White Gold Creamery

Michael and Bronwyn Lind started White Gold Creamery with the express aim of paying generational dairy farmers a sustainable, fair price for their milk in order that South-East Qld dairies might be viable for future generations and not become a thing of the past.  Both are scientists who are passionate about creating truly regional cheeses which reflect the land where their precious milk (their 'White Gold') is sourced. It is the wonderful intertwining of science and art which continues to fascinate the pair and they have their sights firmly fixed on 'Creating Good' rather than 'Breaking Bad' with their 'respectfully crafted, exceptionally flavoured' artisan dairy products.  www.whitegoldcreamery.com.au
